抹茶（英文 Matcha，日文抹茶（まっちゃ））的英文单词源于“抹茶”的日语发音。
是日本茶道中使用的粉末状的绿茶。
在日本料理中，抹茶通常也用在把食物染成绿色（例如糯米团和荞麦面），现在也用来制作绿茶冰激凌 。
"有时候太甜太腻的配料，加入抹茶后，甜美的感觉会大减，
好像令一杯甜酒增添了沧桑感。"
